An early morning sales meeting at Real Living Carolina Lifestyles Realty began with the usual announcements and discussions.  However, one of our agents got a great idea somewhere between uploading forms, and website enhancement.  She is our resident expert on the history and lore of the Chatham County area.  One thing led to another and soon it was decided that we should do a little video series on some of the interesting spots around the county and even into other parts of the Triangle.  I am sure that it was the strong coffee but we all began talking at once and soon it was decided that we should do a run out to Chicken Bridge to talk about how it got its name. Why Should You Buy a House for Your Dog?

Hello; My name is Kira and in case you haven't noticed, I am a dog.  My Mommy is a REALTOR.  She sells homes to people with dogs.  Homes are really nice places for dogs to live.  I personally find carpets super cofortable; but in the Summertime, I like hard tile floors and air conditioning vents.  As a dog, I have certain responsibilities like guarding the house when Mommy and Daddy are gone.   Here's a picture of me doing my job. I am an advocate for dog's rights.   Dogs need homes.   Dogs need floors and carpets.  Dogs need toilets to drink water out of.  They need windows to look out of.   They need closets to explore and cabinets to open.   They also need yards to dig in and maybe even squirrels to bark at.   So there you have it: my reasons for you to call my Mommy to find you a house for your dog.   Your dog will love you for it.

How to Buy a House When You Want to Maintain Social Distance?

If I see one more post, article, or email about Covid-19 AKA Coronavirus, I'm going to scream!  My inbox is full of notices from businesses telling me what they are doing to protect their employees, their patrons, and themselves. It's important, but after ten or twelve of these that carry the same message, it is a bit overwhelming.   These are serious times, and I don't want to minimize that, but while we are hunkering down in our homes, isolating ourselves and 'enjoying' some down time, we do begin to notice that the walls need paint, the rail on the stairs is splintering, or the kitchen appliances have seen better days. Suddenly there is not enough closet space, the cabinets need redoing, and that carpet is looking pretty stained.  Now comes the big question: 'Should I stay or should I go?'
